What are your fees?
Our fees are for these categories: Photographer, Crew and Post Processing fees.
When we book a client, the price includes travel, site visits, photoshoot, photography assistant, post processing and final delivery of master files. Therefore, we charge a day rate as we are not able to take on another client during that day due to the amount of time it takes to come on location to photograph an architectural project and post processing. It is not uncommon for post processing to take an entire day if not longer than the photoshoot.
A good assistant is a must on every shoot, we are a family owned business. My wife and daughter generally help me with each shoot - going through the space prepping, creating a shot list and helping with staging. My son is a personal assistant to me helping me with gear, on site tethering and light painting.
What kind of equipment do you use?
For over a decade I have used Canon DSLR systems for most of the shoots assigned to us. During this process a couple years ago I decided to explore medium format systems to enhance quality in detail and color. I began using Fuji GFX systems and was really blown away by the quality of the images I was able to capture with the medium format sensor. This year I decided to go totally with medium format camera system. So in 2022 we decided to upgrade to PhaseOne full frame 100MP camera system combined with Schneider optics that can deliver superb image quaity in the industry. In the end I want to deliver quality over quantity.
Can I share my images with others, like contractors, granite companies, etc?
Third-party usage is not included with our standard licensing. Others interested in using the images must obtain appropriate usage license from us in order to avoid infringement.
Do you travel for projects?
Absolutely, we provide services around the United States.
Who owns the copy rights?
All of our images are intellectual property of Amos Moses Photography. We retain the copyrights to all the images we create. Images are licensed to clients for specific use and duration.
Think of it like software. If you “buy” photoshop, you don’t technically own it, Adobe does. You’ve simply purchased a license for use on your computer. This doesn’t mean you can install it on every computer in your workplace (without buying additional licenses) or share it with other people to install on their computers (like friends, family, neighbors, etc). Each of those other people would need to license their own copy from Adobe.
Do you allow full buyouts?
Yes, images are available for full buyouts. All we ask is that we retain to rights to use images in our marketing platforms. Please contact us for more information regarding full buyouts.
